When I'm not baking, you'll usually find me in my garden, crocheting something slightly chaotic, or sipping coffee from my BTS mug (because yes... I'm that girl. 💜 ARMY!)

Tam Tam Bakes started with a batch of Alice in Wonderland cupcakes and a whole lot of friendly nudging.

After spending ten years working as a chef—and trying on a few other hats along the way—the world of whimsical, weird, and wildly fun baking kept calling me back.

What began as a quirky side hustle has grown into my full-time adventure, and now it's my jam... or buttercream, if you will.

Every bake is made with heart, humour, and just a touch of madness.

Tam Tam Bakes is where sweet meets silly, bold meets whimsical, and cakes come with personality.

I love creating treats that are just as fun to look at as they are to eat—think nostalgic flavours, cheeky details, and designs that make people smile before they've even had the first bite.

My favourite part of what I do is seeing someone's face light up when they collect their cake.

Whether it's for a birthday, wedding, baby shower, anniversary, or "just because," I hope every cake brings a little bit of wonder and reminds people what it feels like to be a kid again.

Everything is handmade from scratch using quality ingredients. No shortcuts, no nonsense—just really good cake, made with love and a whole lot of heart.
